At SilverEraArts, we take pride in delivering high-quality 92.5% pure silver handcrafted products. Due to the nature of silver as a price-volatile and melt-value-based commodity, we follow a strict return policy.

❗ No Return / No Exchange (General Cases)

• All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.

• This applies to:

  • Change of mind

  • Price fluctuation in silver

  • Minor design or finish expectations

  • Custom or made-to-order items

✅ Return Allowed (Only in Case of Damage)

We accept returns ONLY if the item is physically damaged during delivery.

Conditions:

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide:

  • Unboxing video proof (mandatory)

  • Clear images of the damaged product

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

4. If approved:

• Without an unboxing video, damage claims will not be accepted

• Slight variations in antique finish or handmade details are not considered defects

• Silver prices change daily, so returns due to price changes are not valid
